Activity responsibility

Hosts must accurately describe timing, intensity, costs and required equipment. Participants remain responsible for deciding whether an activity suits their health and ability. No Solo helps people connect but cannot remove the inherent risks of sport or meeting offline.

Content and conduct

• Do not post sexual exploitation, hate, violent threats, harassment, scams or unlawful material
• Do not expose another person’s image, location or contact details without permission
• Do not use activities or messaging for dangerous, fraudulent or discriminatory conduct

Enforcement

We may limit distribution, remove content, pause activities or suspend accounts. We may preserve evidence or cooperate with lawful requests when necessary. Users can report conduct and provide additional context.
