This notice explains the information No Solo processes to provide activity discovery, buddy matching, communities, group messaging and sport memories.

- Account contact details, verification state and profile information
- Sport preferences, activity applications, attendance and reviews
- Text, photos and group messages you choose to publish or send
- Location you authorize and basic device or operational data
- Reports, blocks and safety enforcement records
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, recommend buddies and activities, operate communities, build Journey and Moments, send necessary notifications, prevent fraud and respond to reports. We do not sell precise location, private messages or exact meeting points for advertising.
Who can see it
Public moments and public activity summaries may appear on share pages. Exact meeting points, applications and participant lists are not exposed on anonymous public pages. Activity-group content is limited to eligible members.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain safety records and meet legal obligations. Request deletion in Me → Settings → Delete Account. Certain safety, transaction or legal records may need to be retained.
